Texas v Biden

The federal government neglects to protect the nation's own border. Every year since Biden has taken office, millions of immigrants have illegally broken into the country.  When Texas attempts to correct the Biden administration's failures, the Biden administration moves against Texas. It is telling to the sheer contempt the Biden administration has toward its own countrymen that it sends federal agents to help people break into the country at the expense of its own citizens.

The sheer volatility of this situation cannot be understated. The federal government has moved against a state government for the simple act of trying to prevent illegal immigration.
